Last night we continued reading from intellect to intuition, we read from pages 53- 87. The main focus of reading was a very concise amount of information regarding the soul or higherself and its vehicles of expression which make up the lower self. How through meditation we are able to focus the lower self to be conscious and responsive to the higherself. The process being steady and gradual if we remain in contact with the inner light.There were some really great quotes to ponder to.
