Last night we read pages 232 - 253 in a Treatise on white magic. Which was rule Eight and continued information regarding the Astral Plane and the types of astral force. The Astral plane is the most difficult to master only because it is like a turbulent sea and connects vibrationally to our emotions if we are focused outwardly in the world for our emotional stability. When conscious control of the astral level is obtained it becomes a wonderful reflector of souls illumination. This rule talks about ebb and flow and how the soul is swept into incarnation or returning back to its centre between lives. Pg243 Explains this clearly.

Achieving equilibrium is the key so that states of feeling do not move us from our centre. Pg 245 “The aspirant must centre himself in the soul consciousness, refuse to be influenced by alternating conditions “ If we are so easily swayed the light of the soul cannot shine consistently and rhythmically through us. Which means that the inner plane masters cannot connect with us either if we are so easily influenced and knocked off balance by outer conditions. There is a lovely affirmation at the bottom of Pg 239 "Let reality govern my every thought, and truth be the master of my life” This was suggested to refocus the mind so that it doesn’t give attention to illusionary fears.

Living ones spiritual truth in daily living is vital for soul mastery and living the souls path.
