Soul Centred Spiritual Support and Soul Guidance Sessions

Sometimes life can seem overwhelming and we can lose sight of the bigger picture and that life is the Souls journey. This can create confusion and a feeling of being consumed by our personality nature, which can manifest as physical, mental or spiritual disturbance or crisis. Congested energy from unresolved patterns of our past can become stuck in our energy field and chakra system creating misalignment with the soul and hindering the flow of life-force.

We are in the Aquarian Age now which brings with it the energy of freedom. To free ourselves we have to begin taking responsibility for ourselves and release attachments to binding ties and beliefs of our past. No one else can change things for us as we are all on our own journey. However we can be guided and supported on the way. For the soul to liberate itself so that it can integrate with its personality instrument requires that we change our focus. From looking outside of ourselves to looking within. In deepening our inner connection with the soul will change how we see and interact with the world. Therefore taking responsibility for ourselves.

A Soul Centred Spiritual Guidance session is intended for self-development and to empower and re-focus, therefore dissolving discordant energy with the light of the soul. The soul is consciousness. Therefore the more conscious we become the easier we can see the changes that we may need to make in our lives and be able to see clearly why and how it serves the soul to make these changes. 

Everything in our lives is an opportunity to master ourselves and become more conscious, so that we radiate more of who we really are which is soul. My intention in these sessions is to support an individual in this process. 

During these sessions i will integrate many years of Crystal and Esoteric energy techniques and carry out intuitively what may assist in re-aligning the soul and personality to work as a unified team. Intuitive soul guidance and spiritual counseling is also integrated into the session.

These sessions are often interactive and may include carrying out visualizations and techniques to continue self development. The intention for these sessions is for self development and to offer suggestions that may help to re-focus and align with the souls vision, by seeing daily living experiances as opportunities for the soul to evolve rather than seeing them as blocks and limitations.

The Aquarian Age is bringing in the energy that calls for us to be a conscious participant in an unfolding divine plan.

These sessions are intended to be one off sessions when you wish to discuss and work with what you would like to dissolve or re-booked when ready to focus on the next level of self-development. For an understanding of the purpose of these sessions it is helpful to have attended a workshop or course first.
